The Project Manager and the Design Engineer coordinate on each job from beginning to end. This ensures that the
unique requirements of the client are met consistently and entirely throughout the project.
Project Manager
Design Engineer
The Project Manager is responsible for each project based on design specifications and needs. They provide communication links between the client and Design Engineer and also manage project scheduling, specification compliance, and talent staffing.
The Design Engineer serves as lead on Project Proposals, Preliminary, and Production Drawings packages. They work with the Project Manager to ensure project specifications are met within the precast design, drawings, and details.
Working closely with the primary staff, our supporting teams of CAD Technicians and Drafting Supervisors
help produce required project documents and drawings with efficiency and accuracy.
CAD Technician
Drafting Supervisor
The CAD Technician generates drawings for client projects and assists in the completion of fabrication drawings and assembly details. They are proficient with industry standard drafting software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
The Drafting Supervisor oversees the drafting process from start to finish. Familiarity with design concepts, production processes, and fabrication methods qualifies them to review, check and approve drawings for final production.

ROBERT D. WALKER Engineering Manager / Design Engineer
Robert D. Walker is the Engineering Manager at FM5 Design. Mr. Walker has led the development and growth of an entire Precast Building product brand. At the same time, he has provided complete support of all Project Fabrication, Installation & Field Services. RDW is, without a doubt, the big-brains of FM5 Design.

DANA E. BRESSLER Project Manager / Design Engineer
Dana Bressler serves as a Project Manager and Senior Design Engineer for FM5 Design. Mr. Bressler has years of hands-on experience as a Design Engineer and Product Trainer, along with ground-breaking work in Sales & Marketing support. Dana B is our somewhat eclectic, yet easily best looking, jack-of-all trades.

GLENN I. DAVIS Design Engineer
Glenn Davis serves as a Senior Design Engineer for FM5 Design. Mr. Davis has 25 years of experience in engineering design, marketing proposal, and product development. Glenn is recognized globally for his innovative design solutions and design patents. This Glenn guy is, quite simply, a design rock star!
